CITMA
Civilians in the Midst of Alarums

Who is CITMA?

CITMA is a group of individuals who represent the daily lives of Civilians during the war of
1812. We are the farmers, towns people, refuges, soapboilers, seamstresses, cooks and launderers.
We create civilian scenarios, demonstrations and activities before, after and/or during battle
reenactments You can find us at many of the War of 1812 events throughout Ontario and
Northern New York.

Swing by one of our events and learn a little about the joys and hardships of the people
during this time. We would love to see you.
